Removed Hitoshi Sakimoto as the composer/arranger, there's no indication he composed or arranged anything on this drama album.

the drama has no bgm during dialogues?

You can't assume it's Sakimoto because Junko Ozawa composed the bonus track on the soundtrack.

actually, I think you can assume the bgm are from the anime and made by sakimoto
since it's a "sword of uruk" album, the ost related to that series is only made by sakimoto
(there are two series: aegis and sword -even if they don't follow themselves, it's still the same series)

and that ozawa's bonus track, I don't think that thing is heard in the anime but rather in some random game (maybe medley of some nightmare of druaga tracks)

Well, it doesn't say anything in the inserts about composition or arrangement, and there is hardly anything that qualifies as music in the dramas. Assumption = no, so leaving it out until there's credible evidence otherwise.
