So there are two people credited in various Taito games/albums who may or may not be the same person: Fumiaki Imaoka and Shiro Imaoka. Here's a roughly chronological credits list:

While no kanji is known for either, there is at least one name that can be read as both Fumiaki and Shiro (史朗)
