And the catalog number MDXHRZZZ02 seems to be the same for all European (or just any other than American) prints of the disc, even though the cover artwork can be slightly different from one another.

You can change that too. The currency setting (of the price) determines that. That's why it's important to select a correct curency even for these enclosures ('not for sale') because that will set if the disc will show up as Russian, German, US etc. printing.
