Default WAVE-00004: B.B.
WAVE has been inconsistent with their numbering over the years, sometimes it's 4 numerals, and sometimes it's 5 (and we see proof of this on our obi scans.) However, this album is earlier than any of the others with the extra zero. Do you have an obi scan or anything that confirms the extra zero?

Indeed this one has 4 zeros. Provided an Obi scan.
