What is your source for removing Seiichi Sakurai from the arrangers? The source that seanne linked shows him as composer and arranger on the first part of track 4.

I automatically assumed that Arakawa had rearranged Sakurai's music from the Cosmo Gangs redemption game. Even though the source is unreadable due to poor encoding, I believe you (yet it seems strange Arakawa didn't arrange it). I've readded him as an arranger and I've specified in the notes that it was composed and arranged by them.

Cosmo Gang the Puzzle was almost certainly done by Yoshie Arakawa. "S.YOSHIE" is credited in the default high score table, along with some other staff.
