Kickstarter releases
I was wondering if it's allowed to add Kickstarter releases to the database before they are succesfully funded/backed?
I was thinking that if it failed it could be marked as "Cancelled". I couldn't find anything about any rules on this, so I didn't want to add anything before hearing here first. |

Cool, thanks for the reply. I'll just leave the ongoing ones until it's certain that they're succesfully funded.

I would go even further and only add them at the point where there is an official release date. Because being 'succesfully funded' doesn't imply that the project also achieves its goal.

I think adding successfully funded projects is fine. If they fail to deliver then they can be marked as cancelled.
I get what you're saying though - many, many Kickstarter projects are still failing to meet deadlines (and not just by a month or two). |
