This album could be an arrange for the NES game:
SD Gundam Gachapon Senshi 3: Eiyuu Senki

I base this info on both screenshots seen on the back cover & the image on the front cover, all related to the third "Gachapon Senshi" NES game.

I don't have my scanner set up any more, but here is what it says on the last page of the liner notes:

ファミリ－コンピュータ専用カセット「ＳＤガンダムガチャポン戦士」第４作の発売がいよいよ決定しました。

I don't know if that's relevant, as I can't read Japanese (other than katakana). There are a couple more lines after that, but I don't see any reference to the game on those lines.

Edit2: Where does the title 'SD Gundam Gachapon Gathering of Warriors' come from? I've kept it as alternate title but I doubt it applies to this series nor is it a translation of the original title!?
