We could actually consider it as a sort-of side perspective to the Tindharia no Tane album itself, since this is the feelings that the heroine of the story (in all the formats this story got) had when she sang the final song of Tindharia no Tane: Inochi to Yakusoku (or at least, that's the impression I got from the story, and from the lyrics of this song itself).
