By the way, websites say a different thing about the publisher/distributor info on this album and I now confront at least four alternates besides Avex Trax (Avex Marketing, Avex Entertaiment, Avex Mode, Avex Distribution...). Hopefully someone could verify this.

Ultimately, you can't rely on most sites to get the publisher and distributor right as it's a pretty tricky environment. We usually go by what's printed on the case or obi, as described here:

Could it be possible that this album have different prints ?
I can't find that exact packaging of our current entry on auction sites right now, the back cover from the "normal ?" release seems different, more like a traditionnal cardboard mini cd package:
