Where was the reading for 森谷敏紀 retrieved (notes)? I'm not finding anything via Google. What I did find however, is the reading from JASRAC: Toshinori Moriya - which is consistently used for all the tracks they seem to have registered to this person. Both the family name and given names both have 2 different readings (as per WWWJDIC anyway), so if the current names were just copied from some other dictionary of sorts, then it's probably not reliable to use them...

I can't remember where that reading came from, but it wasn't the booklet. I suppose you might as well change it to what JASRAC has listed.
