I have the impression you are a fan of Goro Ohmi, Yahagi93!
 I think this is a very good submission, plus it's just one of Goro Ohmi's best works for me. Now we need to add the other Maskman Music Collection more complete released later in 1997/98.

Yes it is one of his best works. Also it's not credited anywhere in the liner notes but I'm pretty sure he performs the synths on these albums. Wondering if I should add a performer credit for him.
