"NEODAI-2716" just looks like an internal Neowing catalog number. They probably needed a different one from the real catalog number in order to have the second, special early order page.

As I theorized (thanks for the scans, .out!), both the obi and spine flaps use only the short version of the title without the GAME MUSIC DISCOVERY SERIES nonsense. So, back to the short title we go. I DID IT ALL FOR YOU VERT1 <3

Also perhaps worth noting for the three people in the universe who care that the obi and spine flap titles have a space in ロックマン エグゼ, whereas the front cover doesn't.

bump because oh god i just realized with this out omfg OMFG

if anyone can, could they contact supersweep and see about a n-n-n-naruto box? i'd also like to know what's with the disparity between the original gnt and the ex series (i know ex is shippuuden!)... sounds like completely different composer/s (of course i like almost none of the music past gnt4 :V)

and i'm one of them :V!

that one is a weird case that i'll probably never figure out. throughout the series and various material, i've seen no space, space, and very rarely a period.

oh... re: album, so i can assume ayako did eye catch and stage clear? sounds about right.

There seems to be an interview with the composers about the soundtrack release (and presumably soundtrack) here:

Is track 19 an accurate translation of 脅威 (Arrival of Help Event)?

I corrected a number of issues with the info on this listing.

The main problem is the I believe the label got some names wrong on the tracks, thus the initial person who added the listing here probably got confused on track lengths and/or had a bad rip. I did a 100% FLAC rip using EAC, and the track lengths all had pregaps added to them in the initial author of the listing, not to mention a number of tracks were completely off by minutes.

I don't know what happened, but just be aware that on the CD, the translation for "Game Over" (2:00 long) and "Ending" (0:12 long) is correct. I don't know how the official editor of the released album screwed this up. lol.

This did release 9 whole years after the game released, so perhaps they never wanted to spend the money on a good quality label. I don't know the whole story. I'm just guessing.. But a number of the track labels IN JAPANESE do not match the actual track music. Netto's Room is some kind of fanfare, and Garden Cyberspace is the actual Netto's Room BGM. Game Over and Ending seem to be switched also.

So to coincide with the afformentioned track 5/6 mixup, I sent in another edit to fix the notes saying track 5 is originally composed by Akari Kaida and changed it to say track 6, which contains the actual track that she originally composed.

Can someone else who owns this album check their copy for the track times? There's only one freedb entry for this (disc ID 69113c1c) and the track lengths all look like what I'd expect them to be, not what we currently have on this entry based on Drakonas's edit (which is that track 4 was split into two, tracks 7 & 8 were combined into one, and tracks 27 & 28 were swapped). I've highlighted the particular tracks of interest here in freedb's tracklist.

As you can see from the log, I'm getting the same track times that Drakonas posted from an "All tracks accurately ripped / No errors occurred" rip. Another website I checked, however, mentions the same track times that Jedi QuestMaster and CHz posted. My original rip from last year has the same exact track times as this re-rip, and I'm confident was also an "All tracks accurately ripped / No errors occurred" rip, as I ripped with the same version of EAC with the same settings.

I wonder... is there potentially a batch of bad copies from a faulty pressing run that we don't know about?

EDIT: Posted more accurate, detailed answer to CHz's question.

I also have the same disc as Drakonas and Damned. Track 8 on mine is actually two songs combined into the same track.

Here's the matrix/SID codes on my disc. Can someone with a disc that matches the times on the album page see if theirs match or are from some other pressing?

Matrix: SRIN-1105 Pressed In Taiwan D156833 6C
Master SID: IFPI LT027
Mould SID: IFPI TAZ01

For anyone who might be curious to know, these were the stage names used in the English release of the game. Additionally, in the English version of the series Netto was changed to "Lan" and the Dream Virus was changed to the "Life Virus."

Here's the matrix/SID codes on my disc. Can someone with a disc that matches the times on the album page see if theirs match or are from some other pressing?

Matrix: SRIN-1105 Pressed In Taiwan D156833 6C
Master SID: IFPI LT027
Mould SID: IFPI TAZ01

Mine matches the current album page tracklist and times (track 27 is 2:04 and 28 is 0:10)

These are the exact codes:
IB49101195
IFPI LT025
TCE-1195 SRIN-1105 Pressed in Taiwan

Shouldn't track 19 be something like "Threat/Menace Appearance/Appears Event" and not "Arrival of Help Event?" For context this track plays when the game's antagonist, the "Professor" reveals themselves.

Sounds like it should be "Arrival of Threat" event; the complete opposite.
