Default DERP-10017~8: Symphonic Odysseys TRIBUTE TO NOBUO UEMATSU
If the two encores are included (and I sure hope they are) then there will also be the Ending Theme from Final Fantasy X (arranged by Masashi Hamauzu) and a Battle Medley from Final Fantasy VII (arranged by Roger Wanamo).

This concert was very impressive, I'm glad they are releasing a CD.
