T25A-1053: Choujikuu Romanesque Samy Missing 99 Original Soundtrack

I am not sure about the artist name "USU Tensui (天出ウス)", since I never saw those kanji as name before. Unless someone else saw it or knows it better.
I had to write myself ALL kanji letters since there was not a glimpse of info on the web about this. Track 16 could be read as "Shukumei", but the furigana says "Sadame", so that stays.
The scans uploaded are the better as you can get since the original ones in better resolution are just too large to be uploaded. :/

I asked a japanese friend about it and he said that that is an unusual name for someone, even being written like that. :/
And he never saw that anywhwere else.

How you come up with "Amadeus"?

I think Phonograph's guess is right. Where "USU Tensui" came from? If that's what your friend came up with, we should leave it in Kanji.
