Is there any reason why Akira's name is in the album title? It's not uncommon outside of game music for artist names to be on the spine or all over the album art, and still not be part of the album title. I think the same would apply here.

Took it out. You look at the scans (in this case, booklet 7 and the disc), and it's obvious Yamaoka's name isn't part of the actual title.
