I don't have any info whatsoever on who the artists were for this album sadly. I dunno if it ever came with an insert sleeve (my copy didn't come with one), and the only search result I could find for the album at this point was an anisonhouse link that contains the tracklist.

On the vinyl label it says "Studio 621"; maybe that's the artist? Idk

But effectively the artists are not specified, there is only the mention "Studio 621" on the vinyl as you said.

I only found info about the mangaka, who is Gen Keuke [毛羽毛現]:

That's his name for the first edition of the manga "Hyaku Monogatari BY.Y･o･K･o", but he's also called "Kewkegen" for the second print, and he put this name on his Twitter account:

Then the tracklist indicates 8 tracks on the back cover, as on Anisonhouse's link. You confirm that you have only 7 tracks on your LP, TheOSTMaster?

Also do you have an official source for the English title "Hundred Stories BY Y･o･K･o"? If you don't have one, you can't display the title in English, especially in 1st line.

I know this isn't the case with every album, but with track names that have "~" in the title, it usually means there's more than 1 piece in that track. Case in point:

Just like how the 3rd track in this album contains two pieces, so does track 5. It contains both "一人の頃をオモイデに" and "メランコリィ". I don't know why both the auction and Anisonhouse have "一人の頃をオモイデに" and "メランコリィ" listed as two separate tracks...if you look at Side B you can see that they're both spliced together as one track.

Yes, I saw it well the "~" and I know how it works, I just wanted your confirmation.
That's just curious that the track 3 " 時の海~川面" is written in one line on the back cover, and on the other hand " 一人の頃をオモイデに～" and "メランコリィ" are on 2 different lines, maybe a space problem on the right?

Yeah, I think it wouldn't have looked good if they had put "メランコリィ" on the same line as "一人の頃をオモイデに"
