In VGMdb, if 2 companies absorb this dissolved company, should they both be marked as successors of this company?

We only generally do that if the successors are new companies. Otherwise the links look really weird from the other end (all links are 2-way). I've added an end date to this company though.

https://prtimes.jp/main/html/searchrlp/company_id/20808 suggests SMDR has become a new division "株式会社ソニー・ミュージックレーベルズ レガシープラス" (Sony Music Labels Inc. Legacy Plus)? Probably won't see this naming show up on releases.
