Is there a reason her name is in all caps? Whenever I see it romanized it's never consistent.

Good question. I saw it written that way on a personal site of an artist who was marginally connected to her, but for the life of me I can't remember where that was. In any case, this piece of evidence now supersedes the old transcription:

On her official site, RHYTHM SPOON, she refers to herself alternatively as RIZNA.

RIZNA is also mentioned as a romanization on the about page.

interesting to note that Nanako Suzuki stopped participating in Doujin and little later RIZNA started.

But I only realized while I was hearing few of the C.H.S album. They sound quite similar to me.
