Only Mori-san participated as a lyricist. When I made his entry, the reliable source was just for his unit info. The usual purpose of artist pages is the album linking. There's very little to no reason for keeping empty pages.
Unless you're submitting an album where the specific artist(s) will be credited, you can try the advanced search beforehand to check if any album already exists with the artist you intend to add (a sort of fail-safe search is under "any field contains").
