I was unable to translate the following tracks to romaji:

1-4 孤独な兎、夢を見る。
2-2 彼岸になりし曼珠沙華、其の輝図は何処

So if anyone has a clue... Help is appreciated.

I'm not sure about the artist "篠螺悠那", but I believe it's "Mitsuki Masa".

美月正 is Masa Mitsuki. But that's practically him.
According to several websites, 篠螺悠那 is read ささらゆうな (Yuuna Sasara). Maybe an alias.

Higan ni narishi manjushage, sono kizu wa doko

Not sure about "輝図", if it means "radiant drawing" then "kizu" is my best bet.

Does anyone have definitive proof on the order for tracks 2-3 on disc 3? I've seen it both ways on various references.

Touhou CD Database orders them the way our current English tracklist stands right now.
