I don't suppose we know the compose for Hydrocity Zone from Sonic the Hedgehog 3.

Allegedly MJ's production crew: Cirocco & Brad Buxer specifically. I'm not 100% sure how credible that info is.

Yea, from what people have gather (including me), Hydrocity Zone Act 1 was written by Cirocco Jones and Brad Buxer. MJ's input seems to be minimal, if that. (at least on this and Marble Garden)

Act 2 was confirmed to be Masayuki Nagao's, though. (and he told me Lava Reef Act 2 was his as well)
