After struggling with low res booklet scans, I've managed to transcribe all the musicians. In some cases, I've had to imagine some kanjis, but it's a good thing that most of the performers were known enough to be included in our database.

Shigeyuki Takano it's the only one not currently included in the database. Also, this site was of great value to identify some other obscure performers.

Working with so low res images has proven to be quite a challenge.
