Added scans for this album. I'm bumping this, as I have the feeling like someone else (in another thread) was interested in the liner notes. TATE-NORIO and Brother Hige are listed for two songs, but I'm not sure if the Kanjis mean Arranger or something else.

Unfortunately, there is nothing that wasn't in the staff roll (>>), just "arranger" credits.
It confirms "Kira" is female though (Tomoko Imoto?).
