I was on the verge of submitting 池哲太郎, but I couldn't find anything 100% solid. I could only find the name romanized without the kanji alongside, as if it was written that way in a booklet, here: http://mimizun.com/log/2ch/morningcoffee/1087914454/ (search for "Bass: TETSUTARO IKE"). However, Yasuo Asai, who also worked on the album that I got the name from (http://vgmdb.net/album/8932) also performed on the "W" album, so it's definitely possible.

My googlin' skills probably aren't the best either, so maybe someone else can find something.

Fractale Original Soundtrack

Artist: 相原清乃 (violin player) = Kiyono Aihara
Source 1 (DrillSpin prolife)
Source 2 (Credited alongside a buch of familiar names)

Artist: 篠崎兄 (violin player) = Kei Shinozaki
Source 1 (We haven't found a kanji for this artist yet, but his discography and the artists with whom he is regularly associated are clear and unmistakable evidences)

Artist: 川原会美子 (chorus) = Emiko Kawahara
Source 1 (Facebook account, look at the uploaded photos and other members of the chorus will appear: Noriko Morita, Yuki Sakuraba, Chisato Fukumoto)
Source 2 (Katakana reading of her name, also identified as soprano)

Artist: 森田紀子 (chorus) = Noriko Morita
Source 1 (Member of the Japan Opera Foundation, her name is written in katakana)
Source 2 (Surely the twitter of this artist)

Artist: 福本知里 (chorus) = Chisato Fukumoto
Source 1 (Photo uploaded by Emiko Kawahara, with a bunch of other opera singers, Chisako Fukumoto amongst them)

Natsume Yuujinchou Music Collection - Otonoke no Sasagemono

Can't figure out if 森慎太郎 on this album is actually the comedian (in which case the reading would really be "Shintarou Mori"). Either way, the name is registered on JASRAC as "Mori Shintarou". I also found a page where he's listed as an "artist" (whatever that means in this case... artist as in musician?): http://www.gooutcamp.jp/artist/index.html

I think 田純伸 on this album is the same as 田純伸 (kanji variation).

Sorry for double posting, but another source here, perhaps definitive.

Also confirmed by the same website, though he appears as 木敏行, not 木敏行 as written in the booklet. Perhaps just a kanji variation.

Probably this was your source because Masaki Tsurugi is also credited there as in Soukaigi. You decide if that is enough confirmation.

Nice finding. At least there is a drummer with this name. But it seems a very common name, so I prefer wait for more information.

Finally a decisive confirmation:

Also, if you take a look at the pictures below, you can notice that is the same person of the Facebook profile that you linked.

Another mistake, 方晶 is not even readable as name. The artist’ real name is 黒柳紀明 and he’s listed as performer on another yamato album and on this album too, along with other violinists of the SOY.

I found two more two albums (Symphonic Suite MESSAGE from SPACE and Symphonic Suite TOWARD THE TERRA) in which this violin player 黒柳方晶 is credited. Also, this album Symphonic Poem Adieu Galaxy Express 999 with some wrong romanizations there is a violin player credited as Masaaki Kuroyanagi.

Could 黒柳方晶 be a different person of Noriaki Kuroyanagi (黒柳紀明)?

方 = nori/masa
晶 = aki
方晶 = noriaki/masaaki

Same person, bad typos.
