15 Approach 0:08

While on the disc they are combined into a single track

14 Start & Approach 0:13

Same overall time and contents, but it's a choice of whether to follow the disc and show 58 tracks or follow the booklet and show 59 tracks.

Scans are up, but they won't bring us any further than where we are unfortunately.

Also removed the arrangement classification since I don't see no arrangement here.

My disc plays "Start" and "Approach" as two different tracks, like the booklet confirms. Maybe it's only a print error?
