I added the arrangement credits for now. There's a massive list of musicians. It seems that they credited every single person.

I couldn't find any romanization for the arranger 大城美恵. They also performed on this album: https://vgmdb.net/album/44518

Btw, I'm working on the performer credits of this album. Perhaps today or tomorrow I'll add them to the entry.

I've added the performers. Some observations:

All the readings of the orchestra performers I found just comparing the japanese and english versions of the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra website.

The musicians list is huge and the members of New National Theatre Chorus aren't even credited.

I think this list is so huge probably because the musicians for the two day concerts are different. For example, two harp players are credited, but in the video recording of the concert on Nico Nico Douga I see only one harp player.

Kaoru Wada's role isn't specified in the booklet, but in the same video recording it's possible to see that he was the conductor in some segments.

I didn't add the color guards to the performers field because they don't play any instrument and just wave the flags.

Tetsuya Kawahara is credited as choir conductor, but I didn't see him in the video recording, only Masamichi Amano or Kaoru Wada conducting the orchestra and choir. I suppose he was only a conductor in rehearsal.

I edited the formatting of the names to reflect what's on the scans (Limited Edition). There are currently no scans of the regular version, but amazon and photos prove, that it is formatted in the same way on both versions (with the "addition" only in brackets on M2-10).

Between the addition, which I moved to the beginning of the track names now and the rest, there seems to be a double space (not present on the amazon tracklist), which I haven't taken over because I don't know how things like that are treated here. The info would be appreciated nevertheless.
