A staff member should change the media to 7 CDs instead of 4.

The two uploaded front and back pictures show the bootleg box. I will scan and make photos of the content, provided no one else is faster.

EDIT: Also, I changed the catalog number to KICA-421~6. That's what the box, the telephone card paper and the booklet say. The 7th CD does not have a consecutive catalog number.

Thanks for the heads-up, I deleted those two.

I've corrected the tracklist, which had disc 4's tracks in place of disc 3's, changed 无 to 無 to fit the tracklist in the booklet, and a few other small corrections. A moderator should delete the old tracklist.

Toshiyuki Omori is not credited for arrangement anywhere on the album. He may indeed have contributed the harmonization for the opening song which Sagisu uses as the basis for his arrangements (in other words, Sato may have simply written the melody), but I don't think that information is available, so it would be pure speculation.

The only one credited for arrangement on the album is Sagisu.

I've gone ahead and deleted Omori's name from the arrangement field, as no one has contested my statement.

Omori seems to be credited as arranger for the two vocals (Cruel Angel Thesis, Fly me to the Moon) on all of our Evangelion albums. It doesn't look like those tracks appear anywhere on here, so he should be removed.

Not in those arrangements, at least. Sagisu arranged both as instrumentals for this album. So the original composers of the tracks are credited, but not Omori.

- Fixed a bunch of bad kanji in the JP tracklist
- Added a better English tracklist shortly (no comparative form, "・" --> " - ", properly title casing everything, handful of better translations in a few situations)

Also, not convinced this was limited to 10,000 units. Mine is numbered 035126.

I been reading for a while that there has been US import of this from Geneon, missing the bonus disc (tbh, I personally thinks lack of 7th disc makes that set incomplete). Anyone knows exact story behind this edition that's not in the VGMDB yet?

While Sonmay (1999) and Everanime (2000) bootlegs have 7 discs, according to discogs.com the K-O Records bootleg (2005) has only 6 discs.

It appears Geneon Anime Music started to release US Domestic EVA OST in 2004, but so far I found no evidence that there was ever a Domestic version or an US import of this album from Geneon. Perhaps someone at evageeks.org mistook the 2005's K-O Records bootleg as an US import?

Also, as Dancey has stated, it does not seem to be limited to 10000 copies. The only source I found was evangelion.fandom.com and it redirects to this VGMdb page (which is kind of a circular reasoning).
I don't know if someone mistook the 10000 Yen price as an indicator of the total copies. I wouldn't be surprised if it was a typo since the numbering of each copy has a total of six digits (000000) not five (00000).

Perhaps someone else could enlighten us on this matter.

I also believe it's not limited to 10000 copies.

Neither the sticker or ad posters (like this one) ever mentioned it.

The only odd thing is that they intended to have a regular edition (so without the serial number and the telephone card) but it was ultimately discarded; the so-called first press limited edition is in fact the only edition.

Maybe AcidBeast still remember where he got this information as he added the notes.
