Booklets - pg01-02 or pg02-03?

I was wondering, because I've seen it done both ways, whether there is a standard for this.

Once I used 02-03 and then they changed them to 01-02, so I thought I should use that instead, and I do since then... =P

We've been using "p. 02-03". I kind of forgot that Myrkul developed a new set of guidelines, but I never pasted them into the cover instructions. I'll do that now.

Ahh well it's more complicated than that.
There's a whole paragraph about booklet numerotation on our scans guideline.

But a quick recap here:
For non-numbered booklets: use "p. 01-02".
for numbered booklets: use whatever is printed
(you can use 00 if the first page is not numbered and the 2nd is 01.)

Still not sure it was the brightest idea but seems like no one complained about it. Anyway, i am still there to check all scans and rename them accordingly to the guideline.
