I see that CHz hasn't gotten to this one yet, but here are a couple of notes for later consideration:

・The Uncharted Waters II tracks are taken directly from KECH-1036.

・The disc insert claims the Shin Megami Tensei track was taken from the Mega Drive/Genesis, which is technically true, but the game was for the Mega CD/Sega CD peripheral, not a (non-existent) cartridge.

Everything else here seems to check out.
