I dunno who composed the songs for most of disc 4 but I got almost all the performers from Amazon except for 4&12 |

Thanks. I've checked a bunch of the tracks on disc 4 on JASRAC and it looks like they're all composed by Toshihiko Sahashi and lyrics by Keiko Ueno, no luck with the missing vocal credits though.
