To note that on the second disc, tracks M-05 and tracks M-06 are the wrong way around. M-05 is stated as "光に寄せて", but the actual track playing is from the Kanon soundtrack "朝影"; and vice-versa for M-06 - the actual track playing is from the Little Busters! soundtrack "光に寄せて".

Looking at several sources, this appears to be a genuine publishing error. Can anybody confirm this please?

Sorry, totally missed this post. Looks like it's an error on their website, so thanks for pointing that out.
The actual tracklist is correct: http://blogs.c.yimg.jp/res/blog-61-d...g_8?1428741202 (lower left, you can see the arranger names).
