I can't find any evidence for this existing, yet the number of tracks matches up with the game's redbook audio. Do you have any evidence for this album?

Yes it is CD but with no marking of soundtrack but as I wrote in Seven thread it is playable in CD player so I added it in db. Please delete if isn´t possible to have this in db.
I am sorry for causing troubes with those redbook entries in db.

P.S. Any info or help with sites which list this "redbook" format. I think there is more Nishino albums like these two and I would like get them.
P.S. How can I find if game disc contains redbook audio?

Unless it was obviously published as a soundtrack, it's not to be added to the database.
