I can't find any meaningful translation for the character name: 佐伯リューコ, feel free to update it if you're familiar with the series.

Yeah I came to the same conclusion but I can't find any references to a character by that name in the series.

that's because Ryuko Saeki is an original character only for the drama cd (that doesn't appear in the anime)

Note about tracklist -- this cd doesn't actually come with a tracklist (unless it came as part of a DVD pack in promo that I'm missing). Tracklist is different at pretty much every site I check so I'm just going to leave it as is.
