Zuntata's pages for Psychic Force 2012 Arrange sound tracks have listed the arrangement staff as Dr.Haggy, Mar., Yack., karu., SHU, Mu-NAKANISHI, and TAMAYO.

But on the actual album, the arrangers credited are Dr.HAGGY, Richard H.B., Yack., karu., SHU, Mu-NAKANISHI, and TAMAYO.

So it looks like Richard H.B. is Mar., a.k.a. Masahiko Takaki.

The tricky part is that both people are credited on Gamera 2000 Original Sound Tracks, albeit never on the same piece of music.
