I added 死舞草 オリジナル・サウンドトラック as an alternative title since that's how it's written on the front flap of the Obi.

I got a sealed copy of this, so I added images of the front and back of the sealed case. I also added images of the reverse side of both discs which is where the catalog number is displayed.

Since there isn't a clear breakdown of composer/arranger credits in the booklet, I asked mamomo which tracks were his and which were 90's. He said that 90 composed Disc 1 Track 17 "Evening sunset" all on his own (mamomo had no part in its creation). 90 also arranged Disc 2 Track 14 "奇襲!!" (mamomo composed it).

He also shared that 90 is actually an alias for the artist loundraw ( https://twitter.com/loundraw ). loundraw did the art for mamomo's albums Colors/Forest, flight, Spring, and Winter. loundraw now runs FLAT STUDIO ( http://flatstudio.jp/ ).
