I don't believe a single track from that game has explicit confirmation as being by Ando or Ikegami. The credit for both is "composers" and Ikegami has absolutely written music elsewhere, so I wouldn't discount him.

I think it's mostly Ando too though.

According to the Super Kirby Clash credits, Ikegami composed the ending song for the title, "Green Tree Memories from Kirby". Quite interesting to see him composing again after nearly a decade without any direct sound credits in any game.

Nice find RBMNintendoGamer! Do we have any other tracks credited to Ikegami specifically? While I'm aware of his diverse involvements I'm drawing a blank wrt his style.

Kirby's Pinball Land: all of it (Kirby orchestra concert pamphlet)
Kirby's Dream Land 2: Kine's and Coo's themes (Kirby orchestra concert pamphlet)
Itoi Shigesato no Bass Tsuri No. 1 (SNES, not the N64 version): all of it (only composer in credits)
Super Smash Bros. Melee: Fountain of Dreams, Venom (Smash 4)
and some album arrangements

In the pamphlet for the recent Kirby 30th Anniversary Music Fest, the bio for Tadashi Ikegami mentions that he was involved for "sound" in SimCity 64 among some other already known games.
