Well, it was discussed in the past, but we don't consider fan speculations based on ears as a solid source. I think those hentai seiyuu database make a conclusion a bit too easily (e.g. if more than two fan sites agree, they take it as a source). I don't necessarily say they are wrong, since it might sound too obvious to hentai game fans and already become "known facts" among them, but more public sites such as wikipedia never accept those speculations made there, so I'd say it doesn't belong to VGMdb either.

It's totally fine to use a note field to mention there is some rumors on who is whose alias though.

So it's like, for example, Yoko Kanno/Gabriela Robin. Where it is known that they are the same person but there is no official confirmation.

This pretty good confirmation that it's her.

The Little Busters! anime website updated today with the cast. The anime cast is identical to the game cast except for one character.

The game lists the character Kud, who was voiced by Miyako Suzuta in the game, as being voiced by Naomi Wakabayashi.

I'm switching it to an alias now, since we have official confirmation now.

Scans of the official Dengeki Visual Arts magazine are out. This magazine contained all the new information related to the anime, including staff interviews. In the Q&A section there's a question about the cast of the anime and the answer says that only two characters have new voice actors: two characters who were both voiced by Tomoe Tamiyasu. Since the Q&A doesn't mention the change from Miyako Suzuta to Naomi Wakabayashi it confirms they are, as suspected, the same person.
