Default WPC6-10244: CM/TV
This album requires some justification to be accepted here. Ryuichi Sakamoto is hardly a game/anime composer, while Yoko Kanno is, so I don't think it belongs to VGMdb.

(to be fair though, it does contains the boot-up sound logo of Dreamcast, so it's the only yet possibly valid connection to the games, coincidentally or otherwise).

He composed the bootup logo? I think it's fine based on that.
