Default Question about capitalization

So, what's going on with the random capitalizing of the soundtrack names? It's a nitpick, but I'm wondering why it's necessary for some titles but not others (for example Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy VII Advent Children are all in caps, but the rest of the Final Fantasies aren't). It just looks goofy and disorganized in my opinion.

The title guidelines we've been following lately might seem unusual, but they essentially amount to: match the case on the cover (or spine or other official source) as long as there is evidence that the capitalization used was intentional. If an album's title is all capitalized, it's fine to capitalize it as you would a normal title (first letter ins each word upper case, the rest lower case.) However when there is mixed case on the cover (say FINAL FANTASY Original Soundtrack), then we try to match it.

The reason for the discrepancies in the present titles, is that most of the FF albums were added years ago, but this policy has evolved over time. We just need someone with the time and energy to go back and edit all those titles.

Say no more.

EDIT: Found a little hitch. Apparently Final Fantasy was in proper case at least once. Behold.

And again. This time in an official English tracklist of a Japanese release.

But I think some members prefer to preserve the original capitalization and correct it lately if both front and spine are all caps (like this) but I think it's still fine anyway because capitalization is the very area where circle editing often happens, and I feel no discretion is an ultimate solution.

I've been changing some albums titles to ALL CAPS but I've been careful there is good evidence for it. If it's in the obi, front, spines, inside the booklet, sites, etc I think it's ok to change it since it was really intended. But if it's not so consistent I prefer to leave it like SS says.
Another example would be Cave's albums, which always(?) use CAPS in the spine, but use another, consistent English capitalization in the obi, booklet, front, etc, it's clear to me the spine doesn't count there.

Also, what about albums starting with " ? Like "FINAL FANTASY" Original Soundtrack. Should we have these as the main display title?. I've added some of the ' "NAME" Ost ' as alternate titles since I figured nobody liked them in display and search results don't look nice with them, but I've been tempted...
