I'll leave the composer credits here until they can be confirmed.

Setsuo, Syun, Tatsuro, and Naoshi are all credited as composers in Booklet Interior. This is where that particular credit set (as used by people such as Renegade466) comes from.
Since it references Naoshi, the credit list is referring to Alpha 1 credits where applicable. As such, Naoaki Iwami is included due to the inclusion of Ryu's theme. The most likely reason why Iwami was not credited there is because he left Capcom by its release. I had this up before in the previous post, but I guess I got rid of it. Oh well. |

So I recently just made an edit reflecting this, but it turns out this CD (Victor VICL-2172) features a completely different mix of M-07 "DAN (OLD SKOOL MIX)" that doesn't seem to be found anywhere else, not on the US VIZ Music CD, not even on the various YouTube reuploads of this album or track. It runs at 4:53 and completely omits the freestyle section w/ vocals in the middle that starts at 2:28 on the other version.
I made some more observations in this other thread regarding my edit (along with ripping logs), so I'm going to bring them here for convenience. First off, the ripping logs for both the Japanese and US CDs: (JP) Victor VICL-2172: Spoiler:

However, the main differences start at 2:16 approximately:
