I don't know where the romanization "Toshihumi Kota" came from, but I Googled 小田敏文 and found this Wikipedia page (https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%B0...95%8F%E6%96%87) and this Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/BINBN/). On the "About" section of that Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/pg/BINBN/about/), there are several social media links and an e-mail address that hint at the correct romanization being Toshifumi Oda. A lot of the biographical information listed on the About page aligns with the info given at Wikipedia, so I'm fairly certain they're the same person.
