Is it possible that the BGM composer (Yoichi Takahashi) is a different artist but with the same name as the other one that we're all used to knowing?

Every single piece that Yoichi Takahashi has worked on, to my knowledge, *always* utilizes a band or an orchestra of some kind. All of the music in this album is made entirely of synths---plus...the majority of the BGM compositions are pretty bad. This doesn't sound like something he'd compose.

I don't really think it's that Yoichi Takahashi. It can't be.

It's in the works list on his site, it's him.
