Ignoring Certain Search Words + About SQ
I have been wondering: Whenever I search for the SQ arrangements or game soundtracks that have roman numerals in the title, the search results omitted them. Why is that?
Also, why hasn't SQ been included as a series of arrangement albums, with the regular albums such as Cafe SQ being related to Beer SQ and their respective bonuses and limited editions? -Kai Wolf |

Regarding your first question; the search system omits any keywords that are two or less characters in length (well, bytes actually - you CAN search for a single kanji character for example, since they are 3+ bytes). It does not omit the search word "Ys" however, because it is quite common and has become an exception. This is all in place, quite likely, to try to prevent too many search results and overloading the server.
There may be ways to get around the omission of roman numerals though, depending on your situation.. You can enclose roman numerals in quotation marks -- which, by the way, enforces an exact search of whatever is within the quotes -- and then add space(s) to the start and/or end inside the quotation. So as long as the roman numeral is between two words (e.g. Fantasy X Original), you could search for X via " X ", or IX via " IX ", " IX", or even "IX ", etc. etc. I hope that helps some.
