Default COCC-10996: Aretha ~ The Magical Doll's Requiem
I think this album may be for the Gameboy version of Aretha.
To quote Wikipedia:
GB版のBGMをアレンジしたものとGB版とSFC版をつなぐCDドラマが入っている。このCDに収録され ているボーカル曲「ジュエルの秘密〜SFCへの道」は歌詞がSFC版『アレサ』に登場する隠しアイテムを手 に入れるためのヒントになっている。

A picture of the booklet also shows a screenshot from Gameboy rather than SFC.

According to the obi, this is for the GB versions of Aretha. Changed it accordingly.
