I don't think the Kento NAGATSUKA here is the one already in the DB. Could be this vocalist: https://twitter.com/kent_kg (although I'm not really sure since he hasn't tweeted anything about the game or the song)

Yeah, it's the guy you linked. His band has some songs on YouTube and the vocalist is clearly the same person.

The kanji is 長塚健斗.
