Default MECH-30036: 8MAN AFTER ORIGINAL ANIMATION VIDEO SOUND TRACK
The three BGM composers on the album are credited as Hit'C, Goo Hallad, and Fumi Miyoshi. I did some research and confirmed that Hit'C is Hitoshi Miyata and I can only assume Goo Hallad is Tomohide Harada because that name is credited in the actual credits of the OVA along with Hitoshi Miyata and Fumi Miyoshi.

I was searching for more Meldac image albums, I couldn't find past Mech-30034. Glad to see more.
