So I've got to ask this - the scan does have AVCT-30093 (AVCR-30093), but the cat in brackets appears as R専 (rental only, if I've got it right). Rental catalog should not be included here, right? This is a "buying version" xD I mean...

Fenix has added the rental cat no, but I've removed it, that's why I'm asking.

you got it right, it's for rental and it shouldn't be in the catalog no.
honestly I can't say how many publishers do that (I know media factory has rental dvd tho)

the "buying version" is "Commercial"
since there is no "Rental" release type we can assume rental cds have no room here
