In this promo Takeshi Abo was written as Tsuyoshi Abo. Is it legit?

The trailer is legit. They just romanized his name incorrectly.

Apparently there will be two (event only) releases at the upcoming Tokyo Game Music Show and I think it's mostly FM music and some (preview) tracks for recent and upcoming games and anime. Especially the high-res version of the Occultic;Nine main theme gives me hope there will be a proper release in the future.

Added pages: https://vgmdb.net/album/75506 & https://vgmdb.net/album/75508

It says the 2nd album will include his main theme for Steins;Gate 0 - which doesn't air until April. That's interesting. Though it might just be the same as the game (the page specifically says anime).

I randomly picked up this album (https://vgmdb.net/album/2415) off of a bargain shelf at Book Off, not knowing anything about it, for just ¥280. Upon listening to it, I found that every track on it was incredible! Of course, I hopped on this site to check out the composers and saw one familiar name, Katsuhiro Hayashi, but I had never heard of Takeshi Abo. I ended up tracking down a couple more of his soundtracks and I was equally impressed. I didn't stop. I've picked up eleven of his soundtracks in about two weeks. Maybe I was just out of the loop, but I'm really surprised I hadn't heard his name come up in the VGM circles I run with. He has easily become one of my favorite VGM composers.

Strange, I just noticed that the Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds and Phantom Breaker: Extra soundtracks are no longer available through iTunes.jp, Mora or Ototoy. Anyone have any idea why there were taken down? As far as I can tell none of the digital albums composed by Takeshi Abo appear to have been removed.

Just today, I saw this Tweet, saying that the soundtracks for Phantom Breaker Battle Grounds, Phantom Breaker Battle Grounds Overdrive, and Phantom Breaker Extra are all now up on the Rocket Panda Games YouTube channel. Maybe something to do with transfer of rights?

It might have something to do with Omnia being released soon, but what makes it stranger is that the Extra soundtrack and the Battle Grounds soundtrack (albeit now split into two parts) recently popped up on US Amazon and iTunes so I find it odd that they no longer appear to be available through any of the Japanese sites which is unfortunate since neither Amazon nor iTunes provides lossless options. Interestingly you can still access the ototoy pages for both PB: Extra & PBBG if you go to their pages directly even though they no longer appear as results in the site's search bar. Unfortunately, you still can't purchases them this way as both pages simply say "End of Sales" next to the add to cart option.

It does look like the rights went to Rocket Panda Games (RPG) as the new releases on Amazon and iTunes are credited to RPG. Hopefully right now is just a transitional period and lossless/Hi-Res options will come back at a later date.

I'm still interested in what the exact legal situation right now is. Judging by the dev blogs for Phantom Breaker Omnia, the founder of RPG approached the former producer for the Phantom Breaker series inside MAGES and together they came up with the idea for a new title of the series. Omnia apparently also includes the story modes for the original and Extra PB - especially for the overseas fans who were unable to get to know the full franchise - so it could be that at least some rights to the old games went to over to RPG.
