I wonder if it wasn't premature to categorize it as an ost
even if some shops have "anime santra" in their sort of description, flying dog never mentions it's an ost but rather an album with vocal tracks (op, ed, insert)

Well the first and second Genesis of Aquarion soundtracks were that way too. A number of vocal tracks (insert songs) mixed in with the BGM tracks. Since this is being listed as a soundtrack by retailers and is priced the same as original Aquarion soundtracks, it's natural to assume this is a soundtrack.

I watch this and there have only been 4 new vocal tracks so far (2 inserts, 1 OP, 1 ED). They're probably just noting that these songs will be included on the soundtrack.

Also, Yoko Kanno is listed as the album artist. If it were a vocal album AKINO would be listed as the album artist (since she sings all the songs for this series).

Oh, and Amazon updated this recently and changed the title from "TVアニメーション「アクエリオン EVOL」(タイトル未定)" to "アクエリオンEVOL オリジナルサウンドトラック".

It's a mix of music from the old series, new arranges of music from the old series, and completely new compositions.

Interesting. There's now a soundtrack CD and a music CD to be included in the third and eighth blu-ray volumes respectively.

Members of LSOT could be an alias of Little Singers of Tokyo [?].

Seriously love this music - "Aquaria flying in the Sky" is fantastic!

There's only one singer, so it wouldn't make sense to list it as an alias of a group of singers.

Hopefully the booklet will list who the singer's true identity is. The song is amazing.

I think you didn't get it, it's written in english in the booklet and on the disc as "Aquarion Evol Psalms of Eve"

EVOL is only for the jap title

Well, I can only evaluate a submission with the evidence we have. Now I can change it back, so thanks for the scans.

you should know I don't invent stuff
If I say it's Evol, so it's Evol even if I don't provide scans

(forced to put two scans to prove I'm not inventing, after don't be surprised if I leave errors even if I see some)

Coe, just stop being stubborn and drop the evidence when editing something, makes things easier for us all.
