Default Romanization Questions

I'd like to know what is our rule for romanizing and spacing Japanese verbs comprised of 'main verb(て-form) + auxiliary verb' like
Oshiete + Kudasai / Shite + Iru / Yonde + Miru /...
of course when there is no official romaji writing.

*て-form (音便形)
The last letter of verbs end with te(て) or de(で) like
教える(Oshieru) > 教えて (Oshiete)
進む(Susumu) > 進んで (Susunde)

Oshietekudasai / Shiteiru / Yondemiru?
or Oshiete Kudasai / Shite Iru / Yonde Miru?

Noun / Stem of Adjectival noun (形容動詞 語幹) + なのだ。/なのです。

1) If they are split by morpheme
>> na no da. / na no desu.

2) なの can be changed to なん, so なんだ。/なんです。 often used as colloquial style.
>> nan da. / nan desu.

These are what I grammatically understand, but how should we actually romanize なのだ(です) and なんだ(です)?

==========
edit:
It seems the hiragana form of 何だ/何です(なんだ/なんです) could cause confusion in some cases.
need to look at context for the cases.

na no da / na no desu
nanda / nandesu (n' acts like a "contractive", a bit like irunda would be)

Thanks, then

1) The combination of an adjectival noun(形容動詞) and ので/のに(Connective Postposition;接続助詞) has these forms.

Stem of Adjectival noun(形容動詞 語幹) +な+ので(meaning of 'because/because of')
Stem of Adjectival noun +な+のに(meaning of 'although/in spite of')

2) A noun(or a noun phase) and ので/のに also combine like

Noun + な+ので
Noun + な+のに

Of course, these -な and the below -な in なのだ(なのです) are grammatically the same thing.
So, shouldn't we romanize them as 'na noni' and 'na node'?
